The Role
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team, supporting our focus on FMCG branding (80% of our work) and exhibition design projects. You’ll be creating compelling visual content across multiple touchpoints while working closely with our Creative Director and established team.
This is a hybrid role and travelling to and working from our studio in DERBY UK is a requirement for half the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop packaging designs for FMCG brands, from concept to final artwork
Design engaging Point of Sale for client campaigns
Create DTC and B2B advertising campaigns for printed publications
Design newsletters, brochures, and marketing collateral
Support brand development projects with consistent visual identity
Collaborate on exhibition design materials and promotional assets
Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and Penn Creative’s quality standards
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating web graphics, packaging design, and print materials
Understanding of design principles for both digital and print media
Experience with FMCG packaging design preferred
Ability to work efficiently within project timelines
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Highly Advantageous:
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign CC 2026
Experience with Figma
Knowledge of Klaviyo flows and automation sequences
Familiarity with e-commerce design requirements
