Role: Service Manager
Day Rate: Market rate
Location: Exeter / Hybrid ( 2 – 3 days per week, please note there won’t be any flexibility on this requirement)
The role is focused on leading service delivery across a complex ICT environment, with ownership of service performance, process maturity, and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
