As the Junior HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Managing all aspects of HR administration– Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures– Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics– Supporting low-level employee relations cases, including long-term sickness– Work closely with an exceptional Head of HR who will support your growth– Develop your ER experience and technical HR capability– Passionate about developing their HR career– Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (not essential)…
