New Product Development Process Manager

At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a NPD Process Manager to sucessfully transfer recipes from kitchen to the factory, ensuring that they meet agreed customer specifications through an efficient manufacturing process. As a NPD Process Manager you will manage the process team to ensure high quality products are taken through from concept to launch. Shift Pattern; Monday to Friday 08:00am-16:30pm What you will do; Oversee and improve operational processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity Manage the process team to a high standard providing necessary support and training. Lead key customer visits, leading the NPD processes alongside production and the technical process team Communicate with key customers keeping them up to date throughout the process Maintain thorough and accurate documentation from handover to launch alongside the process team Deal with numerous projects, taking them from concept to launch in accordance with strict critical path with all associated documentation. Take responsibility for short term or long-term projects as required. Completion of documentation and recipe record keeping on recipe system. What we need from you; Third level food science / technology or food related qualification NPD experience within food manufacturing IT literate proficient in MS packages Exceptional time management and organisational skills Analytical approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities High level of both verbal and written English For the full job description please visit our company website…
