We’re partnering with a venture-backed technology company building advanced AI systems that help organisations process and apply data more intelligently across their operations.

With strong early traction, a growing enterprise customer base, and significant global growth ambitions, the business is now looking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale its revenue function.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of revenue strategy and execution.

You will be responsible for driving new business growth, building a scalable and predictable pipeline, and leading complex enterprise sales across global markets. You’ll play a key role in translating advanced AI capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver global revenue targets
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organisation
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation and forecasting accuracy
  • Engage directly with C‑suite stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy across key industries and use cases
  • Position AI‑driven solutions in a way that resonates with both technical and commercial buyers
  • Identify new applications and expansion opportunities
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to align commercial strategy with platform evolution
  • Implement scalable sales processes, infrastructure, and performance frameworks

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a CRO / senior revenue leadership role
  • Strong track record of scaling revenue within AI, data, or advanced technology businesses
  • Experience selling complex, high‑value enterprise solutions (£1m+ deals or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high‑performing sales teams
  • Strong ability to communicate the value of AI‑driven products to senior stakeholders
  • Commercially sharp with a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
