Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Data Governance to develop and implement an effective Data Quality Framework and operating model, reviewing progress and instituting improvements to achieve best practice within PRS.
- Partner with Data Owners and Stewards to develop data quality standards and processes as appropriate.
- Establish and enforce data quality policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the business and Reporting & Analytics teams to develop and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs.
- Standardise data quality monitoring across critical systems and processes.
- Drive and support initiatives to address data quality concerns to ensure compliance with data quality standards.
- Implement and manage data quality tools and technologies.
About You
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Solid previous experience in a data quality role.
- CDMP or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Highly knowledgeable in data quality, data management, data governance.
- Demonstrable experience in the design and successful delivery of Data Quality frameworks, technologies and operating models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Self‑starter with good planning and time‑management skills who can work independently but also contribute as a team member within the Governance and wider Data Team, sharing ideas and finding solutions.
- Ideally an outline knowledge of related disciplines such as data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data architecture.
