My client is one of the worlds best known PR & Comms firms and they’re entering a pivotal phase of growth within its corporate communications offering and is looking to appoint a senior leader to help define what comes next.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a hands‑on leadership position for someone who wants to build, challenge convention and leave a visible mark on both the work and the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a central role in shaping the direction of the corporate practice – driving revenue, evolving structures and elevating the quality and impact of output.
The Opportunity
You’ll operate as a senior strategic partner to clients while leading a high-performing team across a diverse portfolio of global consumer brands. The work spans corporate storytelling, executive positioning, reputation management and sustainability communications – delivered in a way that cuts through beyond traditional channels.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading strategic planning across multiple accounts, ensuring work is commercially effective and creatively strong
- Acting as a senior advisor to clients, providing forward‑looking counsel on reputation, risk and opportunity
- Driving business growth through both organic account expansion and new client acquisition
- Taking ownership of high‑value pitches, from shaping the narrative through to final presentation
- Overseeing team structure, resourcing and performance to ensure consistent delivery at a high standard
- Playing a key role in the broader positioning and profile of the agency externally
Leadership & Team
You’ll lead from the front – setting the tone for quality, pace and ambition. This includes:
- Mentoring senior team members and developing future leaders
- Creating an environment where people are motivated, challenged and supported
- Maintaining high standards across output, from strategy decks through to day‑to‑day delivery
- Addressing challenges early, whether operational, cultural or client‑related
Commercial & Operational Oversight
- Managing financial performance across accounts, including forecasting, profitability and revenue growth
- Working closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, billing and reporting
- Using commercial data to inform decision‑making and identify growth opportunities
What They’re Looking For
- Significant experience in corporate communications within an agency environment delivering on Global Consumer Brands.
- A strong track record in leading client strategy and delivering measurable impact
- Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
- Confidence operating at senior client level, including during high‑pressure or sensitive situations
- Strong leadership credentials, with experience building and managing high‑performing teams
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial insight into action
- A proactive mindset – someone who spots opportunities, not just solves problems
