One of my clients has a project coming up in the Norwich area, it is a highway/Civil Engineering scheme comprising groundworks and structural elements, particularly reinforced concrete.
Role & Responsibilities
The project manager will be responsible for coordinating the groundworks and structural elements. This is a hands‑on project management opportunity where you will have a direct impact on the success of the project. The main contractor is hoping to mobilise on site in 3–4 weeks, so the selected candidate will start ASAP and organise before then.
This is a full‑time opportunity and the client has plenty of work going forward to keep you busy.
Compensation
Salary: £70,000‑£80,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. A daily rate may also be considered and could be PAYE or CIS (Limited company).
Ideal Candidate
- Degree level qualifications or equivalent in construction/Civil Engineering.
- CSCS – Gold, Black or White.
- TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) or TWS (Temporary Works Supervisor).
- SMSTS.
- First Aid.
- Experience as a subcontractor specialising in concrete structures and associated works is useful.
