  • Analyse pipeline and engage with the pursuit team to understand proposed resource models and confirm requirements can be met.

  • Provide the Leadership team with insights on business performance, discuss trends, interventions and actions to improve results.
  • Forecast financial performance and utilisation levels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis using Retain and EY Financial Reporting tools.
  • Prepare, analyse and present Management Information to senior stakeholders on budget vs. actual, headcount, deployment and operational excellence metrics such as utilisation, Retain accuracy and timesheets.
  • Communicate key business developments that may affect upcoming performance through regular updates with key stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain Management Information reports, interpreting and acting on results.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strong team player who is self‑motivated, self‑reliant and results‑oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen – ability to use data to tell a narrative.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet competing demands.
  • Confident and resilient in dealing with challenges from the business and client‑facing individuals.
  • Stakeholder management capability to influence Engagement Partners, Directors and Managers on deployment solutions.
  • Business acumen to challenge commercial drivers and deliver results with a cross‑Service Line perspective.
  • Problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
  • Conflict resolution skills in a diplomatic, constructive manner.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
