Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and exceptional Assistant to join a leading investment firm. You will be supporting the coordination of high-profile investor roadshows in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

You will play a key support role in ensuring the smooth execution of non-deal roadshows, assisting with logistics, diary management, travel arrangements, investor materials, and day-to-day coordination across a busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and build a strong foundation for your career.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and is ideal for someone in their career who is eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and confident in their communication when liaising with internal stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

  • Arranging all calendar invites, ensuring invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars
  • Updating the internal scheduling system
  • Managing last minute changes
  • Suggesting flights, booking hotels, transfers, catering and arranging visas
  • Preparation of investor profiles and printing presentations
  • Expenses

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills – ability to multi-task, follow up and prioritise effectively

  • Calm under pressure, especially in a busy environment

You must have a minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as an Assistant, ideally within financial services or professional services.

If you have had corporate access exposure supporting a non-deal team, this is a bonus!

5 days in | £200 day rate inclusive of holiday | 12 months | Opportunity/flexibility to travel to London
