Job Description:

  • Driving new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting high-value opportunities
  • Leading the research of brands, organisations, and individuals to unlock new markets and partnerships
  • Managing and developing a high-performing Business Development team
  • Owning key relationships with brands, creators, charities, and cultural influencers
  • Leading pitches and building compelling proposals that win new business
  • Managing your pipeline end-to-end, using data to prioritise activity and improve conversion
  • Delivering against revenue targets and contributing to overall commercial strategy
  • Spotting trends, cultural moments, and emerging opportunities to engage new audiences
  • Continuously refining outreach strategies to improve performance and results
  • Helping partners rethink what’s possible with their brand in a more sustainable way

What we are looking for

  • Commercially driven relationship builder who knows how to turn opportunities into results.
  • A strong track record in business development or sales, and confident engaging senior decision-makers and closing high-value deals.
  • A strategic thinker that acts quickly, who is comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end and using data to focus your efforts and improve performance.
  • You’re proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure. You handle objections with confidence and are always refining your approach to get better results.
  • You are motivated by targets and take real accountability for delivering against them.
  • You’re also a leader, and someone who supports, challenges, and develops others to perform at their best.
  • Most importantly, you’re excited by the chance to work with brands and creators to drive growth in a more sustainable way.
