Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the South & Mid Division Facilities team. This is a permanent part‑time post of 25 hours per week working Monday‑Friday or as per service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
You will be self‑motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills. You should be flexible in your approach and have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in providing high‑quality administrative support services in a busy office environment, and be familiar with Microsoft applications and databases.

Other Details
- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.

Eligibility
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
