Job Purpose We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Supervisor to join our fast-paced production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or team-leading experience who is ready to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to learn all aspects of production leadership. Youll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality standards. We will provide full training to help you fulfil your potential.
