Job description Park Attendant / Receptionist x 2Delamont Caravan ParkTemporary Hours of Work:36hrs for 22 weeks – shifts will be between 0830hrs and 2100hrs including weekends20hrs for 22 weeks – shifts will be between 0830hrs and 2100hrs including weekendsRate of Pay: £ per hourThe Client: Local Government body based in Co Down, serving local residentsJob Role:The postholder will provide a welcoming, friendly and efficient service to all visitors at Delamont Caravan Park. The postholder will be expected to deal with caravan and tent bookings, and will also be involved in the upkeep, maintenance and provision of visitor services of Delamont Caravan Park, one of Newry, Mourne and District Councils amenities and visitor facilities.Requirements: GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or aboveAt least 6 months relevant experience of handling cash and keeping associated records in a work environmentAt least 6 months relevant experience working with members of the public in a customer service environmentAt least 6 months previous experience of customer service and reception dutiesBe able to demonstrate competence in the use of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and DatabasesGood understanding of health and safety practice relevant to the postAbility to work on own initiative with minimal supervisionHold a full current driving licence and access to transport, or access to transport to meet the requirements of the postFlexibility of working hours to include evenings and weekends**Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK and Ireland.
