The Mission

Royal Nawaab is seeking a world-class Head of Event Operations to serve as the “Conductor” of our flagship venues. You will be the bridge between our sales office and the physical delivery of excellence. Your mission is to take a signed contract and turn it into a flawless, high-level experience, ensuring that our four event spaces across two floors are always “show-ready” and managed with meticulous precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Ownership & Planning : Act as the primary point of contact once a deal is closed. You will lead final planning meetings weeks in advance to finalise menus, floor plans, and specific requirements, ensuring a smooth and reassuring journey for the client.
  • Operational Command : Exercise full control over the “on-the-day” execution. You will manage existing floor managers and service staff, ensuring kitchen timing is precise, staff performance is high, and the client’s vision is delivered exactly as promised.
  • Venue Excellence : Maintain the “Gold Standard” of our physical spaces. You are responsible for ensuring all four event spaces are pristine before and after events, and correctly set up during the week to facilitate high-impact tours for potential corporate and wedding clients.
  • Technical & Health and Safety Oversight : Take ownership of the venue’s infrastructure, including advanced screen technology and AV equipment. You will ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including managing vendor public liability insurance and site safety during set‑ups.
  • Event Programming : Lead the planning and execution of internal “showcase” events, such as wedding shows and corporate open houses, liaising with multiple external vendors to represent the brand’s luxury status.
  • Innovation & Trends : Constantly evaluate and suggest improvements to the Directors regarding menu trends, service styles, and luxury event standards to keep Royal Nawaab ahead of the market.
