Duration: 6 Months (likely to go temp to perm)

Working Model: On four shift pattern (on-site Towcester)

Hourly Rate: £15p/hour – £18p/hour

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Overview

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will support the maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical systems and production equipment within a busy industrial environment. Working on a rotating four-shift pattern, you will help ensure manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Finding and fixing faults on machines and control systems.
• Responding quickly to breakdowns to keep production running.
• Supporting equipment installation and upgrades.
• Following health & safety rules at all times.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Maintenance.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Good fault-finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Comfortable working on a four‑shift rotating pattern (days and nights).
• Committed to health & safety and quality standards.
