As a Project Manager at Codi, you’ll play a key role in delivering new homes and supporting our development programme. You’ll manage projects through all stages – from initial concept to handover – working closely with colleagues and partners across regions. You’ll be expected to manage projects efficiently, keep the customer at the centre of everything you do, and uphold high standards of safety, quality and delivery, while working flexibly as part of a wider, supportive team. We create homes and communities people are proud to live in, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and long‑term impact in vibrant, mixed‑tenure neighbourhoods. Supporting colleagues is a priority: if you don’t meet all the criteria but have the ambition and desire to progress, we’d still love to hear from you.
