We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager to be based at our offices in either Leatherhead or Haywards Heath (hybrid).
Your mission at Epassi
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role driving the growth and commercial success of our Marketplace.
Our Marketplace brings together trusted third‑party benefit solutions – integrated seamlessly into the award‑winning Zest platform – so clients can offer their employees a richer, more flexible benefits experience. Your role is to make that ecosystem thrive: increasing adoption of partner solutions, deepening partner relationships, and ensuring our Marketplace consistently delivers value to clients and end users.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross‑functional teams to ensure marketplace offerings are clearly positioned, effectively delivered, and aligned with client needs, market expectations, and legal requirements.
A strong background in Consulting and the Benefits industry is essential to succeed in this role.
