We are looking for a Supervisor to lead our pub team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers and team members.
- Train and develop the team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight customers.
- Act as a responsible key holder and lead shifts safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with the management to support the ongoing development of staff.
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Experience or strong desire as a key holder.
- Commitment to career growth within hospitality.
- Ability to work as part of a close‑knit team.
