At BMS, we’ve been engaged to recruit a Business Development Manager for a leading aviation media portfolio. This is a new business and account development role within a well-established, international events business.

The Role
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorship, and media solutions to aviation and technology companies.
- Manage a mix of new business (70%) and existing accounts (30%).
- Engage senior stakeholders including Marketing Directors and CCOs.
- Deal sizes £5K-£15K, with short 2-4 week sales cycles.
- High activity role with 30-50 calls per day and strong pipeline ownership.
The Candidate
- 3+ years in events, exhibitions, or media sales.
- Confident, organised, and proactive with strong outbound skills.
- Comfortable managing pipeline via CRM and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Package
- Basic Salary: £40,000
- OTE: £52,000+ (uncapped)
- Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop
- Holidays: 25 days
- Working Pattern: 4 days per week in London office
