Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rugby Programmes Manager to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at the Brooksby College and Loughborough College.
Loughborough College Elite Sport is a highly successful department with over 2,000 learners. The department offers a wide range of provision up to L3 qualifications, working nationally with a broad range of funded programmes that includes: study programmes, apprenticeships, international, adult programmes and the Diploma in Sporting Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Working with partners and clubs to design, develop and deliver rugby programmes, ensuring a high-quality dual-career experience, both on and off the field.
- Leading on recruitment strategies, player pathways and progression routes, as well as developing an effective quality assurance programme.
Qualifications
- Significant rugby coaching/leadership experience, and experience of working in dual career/talent pathways.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a large cross-curricular team and be able to work to deadlines.
- An up to date/valid driver’s licence is essential, access to a vehicle is desirable as the role will involve offsite working.
