The Opportunity

A growing consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate / Associate Director to support the delivery of major healthcare capital projects across the Midlands. This is a senior, client-facing role with real influence leading complex programmes, shaping delivery strategy, and playing a key part in the continued growth of the business.

The Role (and what it isn’t)

This is not a back-office delivery role.

This is a leadership position for someone who wants to:

• Lead large-scale healthcare programmes from pre-construction through to delivery
• Take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted advisor
• Drive quality across time, cost, and performance
• Support business development and identify new opportunities

About You

• Proven Project Manager operating at Senior / Associate level within a consultancy
• Strong experience across healthcare or similar complex, regulated sectors
• Confident leading projects across pre-construction and construction phases
• Commercially aware with strong contract knowledge (NEC/JCT)
• Comfortable in a client-facing, business development-led environment
• Ambition to step into (or further develop within) a leadership role
