Project Support Assistant – Brighton, UK

Entry‑level role supporting senior project managers in product development programmes for aerospace release systems. Full‑time, permanent office‑based.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to Project Managers and Senior PMs across multiple programmes.
  • Create and maintain team tasking boards following guidance from the PM team.
  • Assist with progress tracking, action follow‑up and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain small‑scale project schedules using MS Project (training provided).
  • Support customer communications and updates under PM direction.
  • Format draft technical memos and assist with document preparation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience (or a minimum of 4 years of related experience if no degree).
  • Broad theoretical job knowledge relevant to commercial business operations.
  • Experience in a commercial business environment.
