Job Description:

Responsibilities

Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter.

Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.

Keep the stock room neat and tidy, and restock products from deliveries.

Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products.

Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Eligibility

  • Must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.
  • Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Most roles are part‑time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
