Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Can be based from Portsmouth, Plymouth, Bristol, Barrow or Clyde

Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite at any of the above

IR35: Inside

Security Clearance: Must already hold live SC.

The project is to develop a site wide master plan and RIBA 2 design for a £900m accommodation programme. Our role is specifically to develop the plan and design; this is not a construction role. The role will see the individual managing client resources in the project team. Infrastructure design management experience is essential.

Requirements:

• 5 Years plus Infrastructure Project Management experience
• NEC 3 or NEC 4 Certified – Will also look at working towards being NEC Certified.
• Full Project Life Cycle experience
• End to End Project Management
• Key Stakeholder Engagement
• Practitioner Level Qualification (PM)
• Must be SC Cleared – Hold Valid Clearance
