Job Description:

Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking to grow your career in procurement? Reds10 is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support our Production Procurement team, helping us deliver high-quality modular building solutions across the UK.

This role is part-time (30 hrs a week) and is a Fixed Term contract of 12 months covering Maternity Leave.

Based in Driffield, East Yorkshire. Reds10 is the leading innovator in off-site construction, delivering cutting-edge, sustainable public sector buildings in the education, defence, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our category buyers and managers, maintaining our databases and building strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders for factory and site using SAGE and Eque2
  • Maintain supplier records, quotations, communications and purchase order data
  • Manage and update departmental folders and spreadsheets
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers and help identify new market opportunities
  • Work with the procurement team to ensure materials meet production timelines
  • Coordinate site material requests to keep projects running efficiently
  • Support stores with inventory management
  • Reconcile materials received and support finance with deadlines
  • Take ownership of PPE and Material Request processes

Experience and Skills

  • A “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of procurement or sourcing processes is desirable
  • Strong administration skills and familiarity with purchasing systems
  • Experience with SAGE/Eque2 (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask
