Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Daily tasks will involve client relationship management, project planning, budget management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. The Account Manager will also collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and other partners to successfully deliver events that align with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and on-time delivery
- Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Min 3 years events agency experience
