Telesales Executive (B2B)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity within a small, fast-growing business where your contributions will directly impact company success, with potential for increased hours and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients, including plant hire companies and groundwork contractors
- Generate appointments and product demonstrations for hydraulic rock breakers
- Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Follow up on leads via phone and email to nurture relationships and convert opportunities
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to refine sales strategies and achieve targets
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively communicate unique selling points
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and maintain a professional approach
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales or telemarketing experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of telemarketing and lead generation techniques
Working Hours
- Approximately 5 hours per day (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
