About the Role
This is a senior, consultative sales role focused on partnering with asset managers to address complex operational and technology challenges. The role goes beyond traditional software sales, with a focus on longer-term, outcome-driven engagements that support clients’ operating models and scalability. You will operate in a high-visibility environment with strong autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to a growing and evolving business.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a UK territory with a focus on net-new business
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior decision-makers
- Position integrated, outcome-based solutions that extend beyond standalone software offerings
- Work closely with internal teams to shape and deliver tailored client engagements
- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and expansion
- Contribute to broader commercial strategy and market approach
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience selling into asset managers or related financial institutions
- Proven track record in consultative, enterprise-level sales environments
- Experience selling services, outsourcing, or solution-based offerings (not just software licenses)
- Ability to navigate complex buying groups and long sales cycles
- Credibility with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, and executive leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with a relationship-driven approach
