Role Overview:
As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract positions. This includes sourcing new clients, screening, and placing top-tier candidates while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored recruitment solutions for contract positions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
- Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract roles using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet client demands.
- Manage the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from application to placement.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job advertisements, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage contract renewals and extensions for existing contractors.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system, including candidate and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, targets, and revenue generation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of Proven experience in contract recruitment within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and contract recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment CRM systems and online sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of recruiting within IT, Food manufacturing, and Industrial sector is desirable.
