The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the team, driving process optimisation and supporting the delivery of strategic improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Six Sigma and Kaizen projects from concept through to completion
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements
• Analyse data to support performance improvements and decision-making
• Work cross-functionally to embed a culture of continuous improvement
• Support and coach teams on CI tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing role
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Kaizen principles
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
