Job Description:

We are representing a well-established firm of accountants based in North West London, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist with administrative experience to join their team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact within an office and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and organisational support within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming telephone calls, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently, and relaying messages accurately
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing post and organising international post and deliveries when required
  • Managing meeting room diaries and coordinating bookings
  • Arranging taxis and travel for colleagues and clients
  • Monitoring stationery levels and procurement of office supplies
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across the business

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or office support role within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
