Due to continued growth across the UK our client is now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People Operations function. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruitment professional to play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional talent within a highly specialised and technical environment.The roleAs Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment activity across a diverse range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers, you will provide expert advice, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and support the organisation’s ambition to build world‑class teams.Key responsibilities Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referralsConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess suitability, skills and cultural alignmentCoordinate interview processes and act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journeyDeliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedbackPartner with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs, offering guidance on attraction and selection strategiesSupport employer branding activity by representing the organisation’s culture and values within the candidate marketBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline, including engagement with passive candidates for future hiring needsTrack recruitment metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement of hiring processesEnsure recruitment activity is compliant with internal policies and relevant employment legislationSkills and experience required A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR rolePrevious experience working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levelsStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities concurrentlyConfident using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareA sound understanding of recruitment best practice and employment legislationA proactive, positive approach with a genuine passion for identifying and engaging top talentIf this sound like a role for you why not apply?…
