The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of projects from start to finish. Ideal for an experienced Project Manager or a strong Site Manager ready to step up and run their own jobs.

You won’t just be ticking boxes — you’ll be driving delivery, managing clients, and making sure projects land properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running projects from pre‑start through to final handover
• Managing programme, costs, labour, and materials
• Leading site teams and subcontractors day‑to‑day
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors
• Keeping projects on track from both a delivery and commercial perspective
• Overseeing H&S, compliance, and quality on site
• Supporting reporting, forecasting, and risk management
• Managing commissioning and project close‑out

What They’re Looking For

• Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong communication skills — you’ll be dealing with clients regularly
• Good commercial awareness (or ready to develop it)
• Full UK driving licence
