Senior Fund Accountant

About the Role

Join SS&C as a Senior Fund Accountant supporting UK-based clients within our Middle Office operations team. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence and process improvements
• Oversee accurate NAV production and fund accounting (daily/monthly)
• Calculate management and incentive fees, income distributions, and P&L
• Collaborate with global teams on reporting, controls, and client deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement and support client development initiatives

Your Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CFA/MBA a plus)
• Previous experience in hedge fund accounting, operations, or fund admin
• Strong knowledge of NAV cycle processing and fee calculations
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with Geneva/HedgeTek
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive team player
