Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and confident Telesales Executive to join a busy used car dealership in Hinckley. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on converting inbound and outbound enquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

The Role

  • Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from potential customers
  • Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service
  • Follow up on previous enquiries to maximise conversion rates
  • Accurately update the CRM system with customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous telesales executive, call centre, or automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong telesales executive communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment ie previous experience of a telesales executive role
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

What’s On Offer

  • £26,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £45,000

Working Hours

  • 42.5 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis (weekends included)
