£30,000 Basic (with initial guarantee available) | £150,000 OTE (Top performers £170k+)

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–12:30pm)

The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful property business within their Acquisitions Team, focusing on converting warm inbound leads into completed property deals.

This is a purely phone-based, office role where you’ll be handling high volumes of inbound enquiries from motivated vendors looking to sell quickly. With significant investment in marketing, all leads are provided — allowing you to focus entirely on building relationships and closing deals.

With multiple commission streams and high deal values, this is a genuinely high-earning role suited to driven, competitive individuals.

The Role

As a Property Investment Broker, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, negotiating directly with property owners, and agreeing deals that are then either purchased or sold through investor channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle warm inbound enquiries from motivated property sellers
  • Build rapport quickly with vendors and understand their needs
  • Negotiate and agree property purchase terms in real-time
  • Secure deals and issue contracts efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams to determine exit strategy (direct purchase, investor sale, or open market)
  • Maximise revenue on each deal through strong negotiation
  • Consistently hit and exceed individual deal and revenue targets

How the Process Works:

  • Sellers enquire online (e.g. “sell my house fast”)
  • You contact the vendor and assess their situation
  • Make an offer and agree a deal on the call
  • Property is then either:
  • Purchased directly
  • Sold to an off-market investor (quick profit)
  • Sold via the open market

Commission & Earnings

This role offers four revenue streams, giving you multiple ways to earn:

  • £25 per contract secured (typically ~25–30 per month)
  • 3% of profit generated per deal
  • Commission on deals sold to off-market investors (paid immediately)
  • Commission on properties sold via the open market

Top performers are consistently earning £150,000+, with some exceeding £170,000 OTE.

About You

This role suits someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment and is comfortable handling a high volume of calls and negotiations.

  • Experience in estate agency, property, or investment sales
  • Alternatively, strong phone-based sales experience (e.g. B2B, finance, utilities — not retail/car sales)
  • Comfortable working in a desk-based, high-call environment
