You’re someone who engages customers on driveways, representing the RAC. The role involves servicing, diagnostics, repairs, stock management, reporting, and customer communication.
Mix up daily tasks: service, diagnostics, repairs, checks, stock management, and reporting.
Think on your feet and make appropriate technical decisions for each customer.
Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) required.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician.
Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Base salary £45,370 (inclusive of London weighting allowance, if applicable) up to £57,000 on target earnings.
Guaranteed overtime options and bonus opportunities.
40‑hour week, core hours 8:30 am–5 pm, with one in‑four Saturdays.
