Job Description We are seeking a proactive and reliable Project Manager to take overall responsibility for managing a range of works including construction, refurbishment, and property maintenance projects . The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing multiple ongoing jobs, and ensuring all works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients and will play an important role in supporting the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple projects including extensions, refurbishments, and maintenance works Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and coordinationManage labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries across projectsEnsure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and required standardsMonitor progress, quality, and timelines across all active jobsIdentify and resolve issues on site proactivelyMaintain site organisation, safety, and compliance Operations & CoordinationPlan and organise work schedules across multiple sitesCoordinate different trades and ensure smooth workflowManage small works, reactive maintenance, and ongoing refurbishment tasksTrack materials and site requirementsReport regularly on project progress and performance Business & Client ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clientsAttend site visits and meetingsAssist with preparing quotations and scopes of workFollow up on enquiries and support securing new projectsMaintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers RequirementsExperience in construction, refurbishment, or property maintenanceAbility to manage multiple projects at the same timeGood understanding of site operations and construction processesAbility to read and interpret drawingsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsGood communication and client-facing abilityHands-on and proactive approach Role Overview This is a hands-on, all-round role suited to someone who can take ownership of both site delivery and project coordination , while also contributing to the overall growth and smooth running of the business….
