Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates
- Write and manage job advertisements to attract top talent
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend client meetings and understand hiring requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to placement
- Network within your specialist market attend events within the business community
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree educated (Law or related discipline preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a competitive mindset
- Resilient, motivated, and adaptable
- Commercially aware with a desire to succeed
