Currently we’re looking for a Construction/Site Manager for one of our prestigious London based projects.

Responsibilities involve:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of site operations across commercial cut and carve, refurbishment, and new build projects
  • Managing subcontractors, site teams, and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
  • Driving programme performance and resolving site issues to keep works on track
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Managing QA processes, inspections, and defect close out, ideally using Field View
  • Coordinating with project, commercial, and design teams to support successful project delivery
  • Monitoring workmanship and ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and company standards
  • Managing site reporting, documentation, and handover processes through to completion

We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrable experience with Cut & Carve/Refurb & New Build Commercial Projects.
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction management or equivalent
  • CSCS black card (management level)
  • SMSTS
  • NHBC Standards
  • Knowledge of QA systems – Ideally Field view
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position with a main contractor
