About the Business Our client specialises in the design, supply, and installation of advanced Offsite Modular MEP Solutions, typically manufactured in Northern Ireland and delivered throughout the UK & Ireland. They also provide full turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres, district heating systems, and low-carbon infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors. Role Overview: The Electrical Project Manager will provide leadership across the operational delivery of offsite modular solutions, taking ownership of electrical, BMS, and assembly teams while managing labour resources and subcontractors. This is a key leadership role requiring strong project management capability, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive performance across multiple departments including engineering, design, quality, logistics, and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support offsite assembly teams to meet project delivery targets Provide operational guidance across design, engineering, planning, and quality functions Manage material take-offs and procurement processes in line with approved technical submittals Prepare tender packs and manage subcontract labour award processes Input into project programmes and installation schedules Attend weekly project meetings to review progress, targets, and programme delivery Allocate resources effectively and adjust workloads where required Provide hands-on support and technical guidance when needed Ensure team objectives and deadlines are clearly communicated and achieved Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are maintained Ensure RAMS documentation is relevant, approved, and signed off Attend site meetings to monitor progress and material availability Drive continuous improvement and more efficient assembly processes Produce reports, monitor KPIs, and track operational performance Essential Requirements: Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role Strong electrical, BMS, and construction experience within modular or commercial MEP environments Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects and multidisciplinary teams Strong understanding of project delivery, quality standards, and programme management Excellent communication and reporting skills Strong analytical and decision-making ability High attention to detail and organised approach Ability to work under pressure and manage varied workloads Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel Full UK driving licence Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate teams Fluent spoken and written English Desirable: Experience working within an offsite modular manufacturing facility Understanding of sustainability and carbon reduction strategies Experience with BIM or digital construction tools Knowledge of modern manufacturing / lean assembly methodologies If you are interested in this opportunity please send your CV via the link provided or call Naomi at Kenect Recruitment on for further information…
