Overview

A vacancy at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The Critical Care Complex at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic leader for a challenging and highly rewarding position as a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Band 7 team, you will work closely with the Critical Care Matron to deliver and promote professional leadership and management, maintaining the unit’s standards and implementing innovative practice. You will promote and implement practice conducive to high‑quality patient care by providing professional, clinical, and managerial leadership, coordinating the busy Critical Care Complex and giving support and guidance to all staff.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should have extensive recent experience within a comparable Critical Care setting and a post‑registration qualification in the specialty.

Working Hours and Shift Pattern

Due to the 24‑hour service provided by the department, you will be required to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
