Site Manager Permanent Opportunity Whats on Offer Location: Belfast Start Date: End of April Salary: £45,000 £55,000 DOE Employment Type: Permanent Company vehicle and fuel card Mobile phone Private healthcare package Ongoing professional development and training We are currently recruiting on behalf of our leading construction client for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based on a refurbishment project at a small health centre in Belfast, with further projects available upon successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in healthcare construction and refurbishment works. Key Responsibilities Deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard Report directly to senior management, including Contracts Manager and Project Director Maintain accurate and professional site records and reports Lead, manage, and motivate on-site teams Conduct and manage risk assessments Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications Carry out site surveys to identify risks and ensure design viability Coordinate labour and subcontractors effectively Assist in contract negotiations alongside internal and subcontract teams Liaise with engineers and oversee site-level operations Requirements Experience as a Site Manager within healthcare and refurbishment projects is advantageous Strong track record of delivering projects from start to completion Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and decision-making ability Solid technical knowledge of the construction industry Relevant Health & Safety qualifications including a valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) If you are interested in this opportunity please send your CV via the link provided or call Naomi at Kenect Recruitment on…
