This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Operative with milling and turning experience to join a friendly and supportive team.The RoleYou will be responsible for operating CNC milling and turning machines, producing high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating CNC milling and turning machinesReading and interpreting technical drawingsSelecting and changing tooling as requiredMonitoring production to ensure quality standards are metCarrying out basic machine maintenance and housekeepingConducting in-process inspections using measuring equipmentRequirementsPrevious experience operating CNC milling and turning machinesAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsFamiliarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and verniersStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat’s on OfferCompetitive hourly rate (£13.50 – £15.00)Stable, ongoing work with opportunity for progressionEarly finish every day (3:00pm)Supportive working environment within a reputable businessIf you’re a skilled CNC Operative looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
