£32,000 Basic | £60,000–£75,000 OTE

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (5:00pm Friday finish)

25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, deal-driven property investment business specialising in off-market opportunities. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, working with an active network of investors and taking ownership of deals from initial agreement through to completion.

This role is heavily focused on sales progression (70%), ensuring deals move quickly and efficiently, alongside building and activating investor relationships (30%).

With typical deal turnaround times of around two weeks, this is a dynamic environment suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys seeing deals through to completion.

The Role

You will play a key role in driving transactions forward, managing multiple live deals, and ensuring a smooth journey from agreed sale to completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Progress property investment deals from agreement through to completion
  • Manage multiple live transactions simultaneously, maintaining momentum
  • Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and investors to keep deals on track
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
  • Build and nurture relationships with a network of property investors
  • Proactively contact and activate existing investor database
  • Present and sell new investment opportunities to investors

About You

This role requires a strong balance of organisation, commercial awareness, and sales ability.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales progression (must have progressed your own deals)
  • Background in property, investment sales, or similar transactional sales environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with experience dealing with solicitors and stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on results and deal completion
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new investors
