We’re growing our UK/EU business and are looking for a Sales Manager to drive deal conversion and pipeline performance across a live project portfolio.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning work — not a pure BD position.
The Role
Own and convert opportunities end-to-end — working across contractors, architects and clients to secure outcomes in a competitive, value-managed environment.
You’ll operate within our Work Winning System (WWS) — managing a live pipeline, prioritising effectively and bringing the right people in at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own opportunities from qualification through to close
- Manage and prioritise a live pipeline of deals
- Lead stakeholder engagement across contractors, consultants and clients
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing stakeholders to support live opportunities and repeat work
- Navigate value engineering (VE) and maintain commercial position
- Coordinate internally across estimating, design and delivery
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to drive and convert opportunities
- Strong commercial judgement and decision-making
- Confidence to hold position in meetings and manage stakeholders
- Experience working within contractor-led or specification environments
- Ability to operate with pace, structure and accountability
