About your role:
In this role, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team responsible for the deployment, optimization, and readiness of PD tools across the Footwear and Equipment organization, serving as the primary interface between PD and Platform teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the preservation and management of organizational knowledge by ensuring the development, maintenance, and updating of SOPs, as well as standardizing internal processes to minimize knowledge loss and ensure continuity.
You will champion the development of technical and nurture future talent, particularly in footwear technology, by promoting targeted training and development initiatives. You will ensure the consistent use of best practices, tools, and processes, translating enterprise frameworks and strategic initiatives into practical, brand-relevant solutions for your team and the broader organization.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):
- Knowledge Preservation
- Oversee the preservation and management of organizational knowledge to ensure continuity and minimize knowledge loss
- Map, standardize, and document internal processes by developing, maintaining, and updating SOPs
- Capabilities Development
- Lead the development of technical skills within the team and nurture future talent with a focus on footwear technology
- Drive continuous enhancement of the Product Development team’s technical capabilities through targeted training and development initiatives
- Define, promote, and ensure the consistent and effective use of best practices, tools, and processes across the organization
- Translate enterprise frameworks and strategic initiatives into practical, brand-relevant solutions for the team and broader organization
- Drive operational excellence by leading initiatives related to development execution, governance, and reporting
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across regions, brands, and vendors to maintain high standards and unified processes
- Development KPI Governance & Intelligence
- Establish and oversee governance of KPIs to measure and drive performance
- Support and enforce milestone adherence and execution discipline throughout project lifecycles
- Deliver fact-based insights and PD intelligence to enable informed, data-driven decision making
- Tools Adoption & Readiness
- Lead the deployment, optimization, and readiness of Product Development tools, serving as the primary liaison between Product Development and Platform teams (e.g., PxM, PSE)
- Ensure consistent and effective utilization of tools across teams and functions
- Define, align, and promote best practices for tool usage and process implementation across brands in collaboration with platform teams
- Own and lead category-specific business initiatives, translating enterprise frameworks into actionable results at the category level
- Operational Execution
- Oversee SMS PO management for all brands, including resolving discrepancies, tracking PR/PO conversion, ensuring PO acknowledgment and system updates, confirming sample packaging, and monitoring shipping and communications with brands/regions
- Manage ECN (Engineering Change Notice) data to maintain accuracy and process integrity

Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the field of process engineering or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role
- Experience working with overseas factories, and a multi-cultural factory management team
- Proven experience in leading & developing team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region
