Role Description
This is an on-site Contracts Manager role based in Birmingham, offered on a contract basis. The Contracts Manager will oversee all aspects of scaffolding projects, including planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing contracts, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring the delivery of services and equipment on time and within budget. The role also involves leading teams, ensuring health and safety adherence, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong contract management skills, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience in construction and scaffolding services, including knowledge of safety regulations
- Effective leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicable industry legal and regulatory standards
