Role

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing a responsive, people‑focused HR team
- Managing employee relations cases with fairness and sound judgement
- Coaching managers with practical, operationally aware HR advice
- Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery
- Designing and delivering essential skills training for managers
- Building trusted relationships across the business
Experience
- Locally based – Must be able to drive to Dartford daily
- 3+ years in HR
- Looking for someone who is not too process‑driven (i.e., strict policies and processes)
- Senior advisory experience with hands‑on HR functions, ready for a team leadership/manager role
